Symptoms:
Mouth breathing, snoring, hyponasality, nasal discharge, Eustachian tube obstruction
Diagnosis:
X-ray, flexible fiberoptic nasopharyngoscope
Treatment:
Conservative, surgical (adenoidectomy)
