Visual acuity, motility, pupils, optic disc, and globe position are all normal

Etiology of Preseptal Cellulitis
- Puncture wound
- Laceration
- Retained foreign body from trauma
- Vascular extension, or extension from sinuses or another infectious site (e.g., dacryocystitis, hordeolum)
Management of Preseptal Cellulitis
- Warm compresses
- Systemic antibiotics
- CT sinuses and orbit if not better or +ve history of trauma to rule out F.B in the orbit.
