Concomitant ( non-paralytic ) Manifest
Characters:
- Usually congenital & Most has its onset in childhood
- Secondary angle = Primary angle
- Angle of deviation is the same in all directions.
- No Limitation of movements ie Extraocular muscles and nerves are grossly normal
- No diplopia

ETIOLOGY

High Refractive errors - High degree of uncorrected refractive error in children may cause deviation of the most affected eye.

Ocular conditions- causing visual axis obstruction eg. cataract, corneal opacities, retinoblastoma, ROP, macular disease etc.
