- Sudden onset of fever, nausea, vomiting
- Swollen and tender affected testicle(s)
Ultrasound:
is the gold standard investigation.
- Hypoechogenicity: Focal or diffuse
- Hypervascularity: Focal or diffuse
- Swelling - Scrotal wall thickening
