- Morax Axenfield Bacillus (20%)
- Streptococci, Staphylococci, Pseudomonas and Fungi

Symptoms
- Pain
- Photophobia
- Lacrimation
- Blepharospasm
- Poor vision

Treatment of Hypopyon Ulcer

Treatment of the cause (Dacryocystectomy)

Usual Treatment of corneal ulcer ABCD

Fortified Eye Drops
- Gentamycin or Tobramycine 15mg/ml

Subconjunctival Injection of AB
- Cephazoline (100mg in 0.5 ml)
- Tobramycin or Amikacine (20mg in 0.5 ml)
