Symptoms as usual corneal ulcer (decreased of vision is not marked..why?)

- Incomplete lid closure Z
- Ulcer in lower 1/3 with straight upper border

Treatment
- Usual Treatment

- Methyl cellulose Z drops 0.5% several times/day
- +Treatment of the cause + contact lens CL
