Fibroepithelial tumor

• Most are benign, some malignant.
• Usually large, bosselated, no attachment.
• Malignant may metastasize by blood

Treatment :

• Wide local excision.
• Mastectomy for very large lesions.

• No axillary lymph node clearance needed
