Small bowel lymphoma

Small bowel is the commonest affected GI portion

  • Symptoms:
    • Vague
    • Obstruction
    • Bleeding
    • Perforation
    • Weight loss

Diagnosis:

  • Blood: Anemia and high ESR, Tumour markers

  • Radiological: CT or MRI abdomen with oral and intravenous contrast.

  • Endoscopy: Upper GI endoscopy -Enteroscopy -Colonoscopy.

Treatment: Z

  • This depends upon presentation, stage and type of the tumour.
  • Chemotherapy
